AD GUIDELINES

  1. If you are interested in paying by check, please mail payments to Kristen Ehrling at: Hofstra University, 105 Shapiro Alumni House, 150 Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY 11549
     
  2. Your materials should be e-mailed to Kristen Ehrling
     
  3. Regarding your ad, choose from one of these two easy options:
OPTION #1: "Camera-Ready"
  • Full Page Ad: 6"(W) x 4"(H), high-res (300 dpi or greater - Font: 8pt min.)
  • Provide company logo for online ad banner (if applicable to your purchase)
  • Format: preferably .jpg, .psd, or .pdf
  • Send company web address to link ad to your website (if applicable to your purchase)
OPTION #2: We Create Your Ad
  • Graphics: Send logo, photo or any illustration you’d like incorporated into your ad (.jpg, .pdf preferred)
  • Copy: Read the description of the ad level you’ve purchased! Submit copy that may include a congratulatory message, company contact info, etc. in a Microsoft Word document or using the online ad submission copy box
  • Provide company logo for online ad banner (if applicable to your purchase)
  • Send company web address to link ad to your website (if applicable to your purchase)

DUE DATE FOR AD SUBMISSIONS:
Ads or ad content should be submitted within one week of purchase date
for maximum online exposure in the pre-event period.
